I have been googling a bit.. I might have some problems with copper in my body.

This might be a huge part of my skinproblem.
Im gonna research some more, but my tought after googling is that Im gonna take
pills(suppliments) for zinc. This may balance my copper.

Hi, I've just run into your blog and i want to say thank you for telling others about your journey with treating melasma and for the way you to do it, it is nice to see that things in life don't take a stop even if we feel so ugly and strange because of melasma. I just got it since 3 weeks, moustache area only, and trying to come to terms with the fact i cannot get rid of it quickly... I might try Pigmanorm and Retin A like you, I was a little scared by the strong creams, so I have started with Iklen serum, but only since 10 days now..

OK, i'll take the photos, and i look forward to the "after" photos! Just want to say that you can check your copper level with blood test, i've just collected the results and copper and hormones are fine, nevertheless i'll also take the zync.. out of desperation! And if like me you have read all the forums you might know pycnogenol seems to help (i have started a week ago)
